We took five good quality photos for our potential magazine front cover. We liked this photo as the shadow across my eyes made it look effective. However we did not like the fact that you could not see my eyes in this photo as we felt it did not address the audience unlike other front cover magazine's. Therefore we looked at other options.
This was the second photo that we produced. However, the lighting was not as effective here as the first photo as it covered up too much of my face. The quality also was not good as it was quite blurry so we decided not to use this photo either.
This was another photo that we took. This photo was good as it had direct mode of address unlike the first and good quality unlike the second. However, we did not like how far away I was from the camera as it was not as striking. So we decided not to use this photo.
Here is another photo that we took. We liked this photo as we felt it was very striking due to me being positioned close to the camera. We like the used of the shadow on my face as it was very unusual and we liked the direct mode of address. However, we also chose not to use this photo as we felt as if it did not represent the thriller genre but more the horror genre.
